Status

• 20 May 2011: editing of the 2011 1.0 edition is completed. In view of the new issue of the ancillary regulations (OJ 2010, SE 1), Annex B of the book has been changed significantly. An extensive index has been added of ancillary regulations2
• 20 September 2011: new edition 2011 1.1 ready. This edition can be used for EQE 2012 (assuming no major updates in the remainder of 2011 entering into force in 2011). The book has minor updates compared to version 2011 1.0 and is up to date to 1 September 2011.
